NVerzion Previews NFinity Broadcast Video Server at NAB 2017
SALT LAKE CITY, UT— NVerzion is proud to announce their latest product: the NFINITY Broadcast Video Server. The company will preview the next-gen server at this year's NAB Show in Las Vegas, with a full release to come later this year.
NFINITY will feature up to 4 independent SDI I/O channels per 2RU unit. API access allows for a customizable GUI and configuration of A/V I/O channels— 2 in/out and 2 out video channels, with 16 audio channels, dynamic mapping, and internal network loop-through for commercial insertion with an external DTMF decoder, and support for SCTE-35, 104 & 105.
NFINITY provides support for all major codecs and wrappers. Up, down, and cross-convert on the fly with internal transcoding. Features such as internal network source switch, DTMF/VANC network triggering for commercial insertion and EAS support make this Video Server stand out from the rest.
NFINITY has an easy-to-use, customizable GUI for all its internal applications. All units come with a comprehensive suite of automation software; built on the NVerzion automation products trusted by broadcasters around the world, and customized into a lightweight channel or station-in-a-box package. Standard on-board applications include: a record scheduler with weekly calendar, multiple start modes, unique file identifiers, as-run logs, optional traffic interface, and more. Also standard is an inclusive graphics player for bugs, banners, crawls, slates, etc.
With our streamlined software, NFINITY will record, store, segment, trim, insert graphics, and playout in HD or SD, making the best use of our custom hardware. But NFINITY is not just a channel-in-a-box, it can be controlled externally through VDCP, easily incorporated into station infrastructure, expanded with external storage infrastructure, or operated as a standalone device.
NVerzion has over 25 years of experience providing automation solutions to stations around the world. For more information about NVerzion's products, visit www.nverzion.com. For NFINITY sales inquiries and pricing contact email@example.com
