NVERZION, a leading provider of digital broadcasting and television station automation solutions, today announced that Plum Media Network, provider of television, internet and video on demand serving eight of the most influential vacation markets in the US, selected NVERZION to fully automate stations in their latest markets: Miami, FL and Sun Valley, ID. Plum Media Network has also incorporated and fully tested NVERZION’s automation solutions into a “TV station in a box” configuration for future station launches.
With the addition of NVERZION’s broadcast automation, Plum ensures viewers receive the latest uninterrupted local news, video, photos, events, weather, real estate, guides, webcams, and television schedules for Aspen, the Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Miami Beach, Nantucket, Sun Valley, Vail and Telluride.
“NVERZION’s technical crew performed with excellence in configuring and making operational the two master control systems in latest market launches, Sun Valley and Miami Beach,” said Doug Sorenson, Director of Engineering for Plum Media Network. “Incorporating NVERZION into Plum’s “TV station in a box” configuration provides opportunities for the station to easily and cost-effectively grow its broadcast in the future.”
“The NVERZION ‘TV Station in a Box’ was created to meet the specific needs of a growing entertainment market niche whose requirements were being over-served by the higher priced, traditional broadcaster applications,” said Reed Haslam, Director of Sales for NVERZION. “This solution will make it economically possible for even the smallest stations to broadcast with professional quality.”
